Valve box replacement at the north west corner of North Greenwood and Rail Street West. Dug up by hand. Valve box was found broken with no bottom section.
Water leak at the north east corner of Rail Street West and North Apple.
8 inch water main after repair. Pipe joint was leaking, seal was passing water, repair was done with a pipe joint repair clamp.
Poor or non-functioning drainage on the west side of North Apple in between West 3rd and West 4th.
Trees have been lifting the road and blocking drainage over the years. Raymond cut temporary drainage ditch until we can install a drain field and catch basin.
Water finally dropped 2-3 inches, enough to reach the front door.

Cost of posts? No extra cost for the City. These are well casing that were not in condition to be reused again, and saved for projects just like this one.
Replaced 2 old worn out just about illegal gas heaters in the city shop. This one was probably used when it was installed and was never actually a propane heater, it was retro fitted to use gas.
West side of Grape Street just south of the bridge where water main was installed last year. I did not get a before image, but if I lived there I would have complained. We have the best people and most understanding people living in our city.

300 block of North Greenwood. Removal of broken curb stop/service valve and installation of meter setters and meter vault. Raymond had to replace the broken valve live, he did a great job!
